Jonathan Daniels

Jonathan is passionate about improving Customer Experience as a practice, as well as supporting and educating others on the topic. He is the author of The Customer Experience Playback. He has founded successful communities including CX Brussels, CX Dubai and the global CX Centric network. He also is the author of the Customer Centricity Maturity Model and the State of Customer Centricity Project. He runs CX Centric, a successful Customer Experience consultancy.
He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business and a Masters in Program and Project Management from the University of Warwick.
Jonathan is the oldest of four brothers. All of which are skillful musicians.
